Med911® Service: How it Works Med911 is an internet based, secure system for the storage and retrieval of your personal medical history. This system is designed to provide you with access to your medical files from anywhere in the world. Information is available through the Internet to only those individuals to whom you provide your personal access codes (e.g. physician, EMTs, etc.). Simply complete the information requested on the Med911® medical record form. You can print your wallet card to carry with you at all times. The wallet card will instruct medical personnel or EMT's to contact our web site for your complete medical history. If you or your loved one has many physicians, or want to keep your medical history accurate and up to date, Med911 can help. You can store all of your information in one place, and update it as needed.
